This project took place in the early 2000's, shortly after the first version of NetReports was released. At the time the company maintained a call center that auditors would call into to report their data.
I saw an opportunity for vast cost savings by creating on online resource auditors could use to report their data. I built Web Data Entry application to collect online surveys with the ability to do advanced multi-question validation. It was a complete success.
Within a year, data quality had increased, and call volume at the call center had dramatically decreased. Within another 2 years the call center was permanently closed; significantly contributing the company's bottom line.
